We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to bring expertise and enthusiasm to our small but dynamic and highly collaborative team.
Our Senior Software Developer will have the unique opportunity to take significant ownership of their work, contributing to key decision-making processes and driving the direction of our technological development. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, independent individual who thrives in startup environments and is keen to embody the entrepreneurial spirit that propels our company forward.
Design, develop, and implement innovative software solutions that align with our startup’s vision and user needs.
Work autonomously and take initiative in identifying and tackling complex problems, leading the development process from inception to deployment.
Collaborate directly with the founding team to define project roadmaps and deliverables.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving software excellence and the integration of new technologies and methodologies.
Provide mentorship and support to team members, contributing to the collective growth and success of our startup.
Respond to and triage support issues that arise.
Actively participate in agile development practices, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a strong portfolio of projects.
Experience and passion building and/or using finance, fin-tech, blockchains, and crypto.
Autonomous in setting work priorities and comfortable with a high level of responsibility.
Experience with Agile methodologies and a mindset that supports iterative development and rapid prototyping.
Ability to communicate fluently in English..
